1. Booking Confirmation & Deposit

A non-refundable booking deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required to confirm the booking. The final balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the tour start date.

2. Full Payment Discount

Pay the full amount at the time of booking and receive a 5% discount on the total tour price (excludes bank charges, payment gateway fees, optional extras, and later additions).

3. Cancellation Policy

The 30% confirmation deposit is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. Cancellation charges are calculated based on the total confirmed tour price, not only on the amount paid at the time of cancellation.

• 60 days or more before departure: deposit forfeited; any additional amount paid will be refunded.
• 41–59 days before departure: 50% of total tour price forfeited, including the deposit.
• 31–40 days before departure: 75% of total tour price forfeited.
• 30 days or fewer before departure: 100% of total tour price forfeited.
• No-show or early departure: 100% of total tour price forfeited.

The deposit is non‑refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law, or where Rediscover Journeys cancels the tour and no suitable alternative is accepted.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items may be fully or partially non-refundable once confirmed, including domestic flights, train tickets, entrance tickets, permits, safari arrangements, boutique hotel deposits, peak-season hotel commitments, payment gateway fees, bank charges, visa fees, and other third-party supplier costs.

5. Bank Transfer Charges

All bank charges, intermediary bank fees, and exchange-rate differences are the responsibility of the traveller. Your booking will be held provisionally for 48 hours and confirmed only upon receipt of cleared funds.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to Rediscover Journeys Private Limited.
