How do I book a tour with Rediscover Journeys?

You can book a tour by filling out the contact form, calling us directly at +94 77 791 1276, or emailing us at [email protected]. Our travel specialists will get back to you within 24 hours with a customized itinerary and quote. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 60 days before departure. We also offer a 5% discount when you pay the full amount at the time of booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is based on the total tour price:

60+ days before departure: Deposit forfeited. Any additional amount paid will be refunded.
41–59 days before departure: 50% of total tour price forfeited (incl. deposit).
31–40 days before departure: 75% of total tour price forfeited.
30 days or fewer: 100% of total tour price forfeited.
No-show or early departure: 100% forfeited.

Our tour prices typically include accommodation in hand-picked hotels, daily breakfast, private transportation, English-speaking guides, entrance fees to all mentioned attractions, and 24/7 support. Some tours also include select meals and activities. We provide a detailed breakdown of inclusions and exclusions in your itinerary before booking. Optional activities can be added upon request.
