Senior Tour Executives & Destination Specialists
About the Role
We are looking for experienced travel professionals who are passionate about creating meaningful journeys, delivering exceptional service and bringing the best of Sri Lanka to discerning travellers from around the world.
What You'll Do
- Plan, coordinate and manage tailor-made travel itineraries across Sri Lanka.
- Handle travel enquiries and reservations from both international trade partners and direct clients.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides and other local suppliers.
- Maintain strong relationships with international tour operators and travel partners.
- Ensure every journey is carefully organised, personalised and delivered to a high standard.
- Provide attentive support to guests and partners before, during and after their journeys.
- Manage operational details, bookings and travel documentation accurately.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in tour operations.
- Proven track record handling both B2B and B2C clients.
- Fluent English; additional language skills are a competitive advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and travel arrangements efficiently.
- A professional, service-oriented approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Professional qualifications in travel and hospitality management are an advantage.
